Service Description

This two-hour corporate session is designed to raise awareness about menopause and its impact on women in the workplace. Delivered by a certified specialist, the session covers both medical and non-medical approaches to managing symptoms while balancing professional responsibilities. Format 1 Hour Talk – An engaging, evidence-based discussion highlighting key changes during menopause, common challenges at work, and practical strategies to manage symptoms. 1 Hour Q&A – An open, supportive space for employees to ask questions, share experiences, and learn about resources available to them. Key Outcomes Build understanding of menopause as a workplace wellbeing issue. Reduce stigma through open conversation and education. Share actionable strategies — from lifestyle choices to treatment options — that empower women to thrive personally and professionally. Awareness is the first step to change. This session equips organisations to create a more inclusive, supportive environment where every woman can continue contributing at her best.


Cancellation Policy

1. Purpose This policy outlines how PAUSE delivers menopause awareness and support sessions within organisations. It ensures clarity of roles, responsibilities, and expectations between the provider and the client. 2. Scope of Services A standard session includes: • 1-hour educational talk (covering menopause, symptoms, medical and non-medical management strategies, workplace impact). • 1-hour interactive Q&A for employees. Sessions are delivered by a certified medical professional or trained facilitator. Content is evidence-based and tailored to the client’s workplace needs. 3. Booking & Fees Sessions must be booked at least 3 weeks in advance. Fees are payable in full prior to the session date unless otherwise agreed. Travel or additional costs (if applicable) will be confirmed during booking. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations within 7 days of the session date may incur a 50% fee. Sessions can be rescheduled once without charge if notice is given at least 5 working days in advance. 5. Confidentiality Employee questions and participation during sessions will remain confidential. No personal data is collected, stored, or shared without consent. 6. Boundaries of Service These sessions are for awareness and education only. They are not a substitute for individual medical consultations. Employees requiring personal medical advice will be directed for consultation with a menopause specialist. 7. Evaluation & Feedback Feedback forms may be provided to measure session impact. PAUSE will use anonymised feedback to improve future services. 8. Liability PAUSE delivers sessions with due care and professional expertise but does not accept liability for workplace implementation or individual medical outcomes.
