This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which bookings, consultations, workshops, and awareness sessions provided by Dr Pause may be cancelled, rescheduled, or refunded.

By booking a consultation, webinar, or session with Dr Pause, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Consultations

Cancellation by Participant

If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation:

• More than 48 hours before the appointment

You may request a reschedule or receive a full refund.

• Less than 48 hours before the appointment

The consultation fee is non-refundable, but we may offer a one-time rescheduling at our discretion.

• Missed appointments / No show

If you fail to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice, the booking will be considered completed and no refund will be issued.

Webinars and Online Sessions

Due to limited seats and planning involved:

• Webinar registrations are non-refundable once confirmed.

• If you are unable to attend, you may request:

  • Access to the recording (if available), or

  • Transfer of your seat to a future session, subject to availability.

Corporate / Group Sessions

For organisations booking menopause awareness sessions, workshops, or talks:

1. Cancellation more than 7 days before the scheduled session​ : Full refund of the booking amount.

2. Cancellation within 7 days of the scheduled session : 50% of the booking fee will be retained to cover preparation and scheduling costs.

3. Cancellation within 48 hours of the session: No refund will be issued.

However, we may offer rescheduling subject to availability.

Rescheduling

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.

​

Where possible, Dr Pause will make reasonable efforts to accommodate one-time rescheduling requests, provided sufficient notice is given.

Repeated rescheduling requests may not be accommodated.

Cancellation by Dr Pause

​

In the rare event that a consultation, webinar, or session must be cancelled by Dr Pause due to unforeseen circumstances:

Participants will be offered either:

• A full refund, or

• Rescheduling to a future available date

​

Refund Processing

​

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

• Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
